The switch broke but great customer service afterwards.
Looks like a perfect replacement for the Suzuki DT25C. Fit well and all was well until the threaded shank broke. The support team responded quickly. Eventually a refund was given because it was quicker to order a new switch than to process the return of a defective unit. Customer service checked to make sure the return was made and I was happy.
- Very easy assembly, usually takes only 2 minutes to install, no tools required. Connect the original cable, tighten the protective cover and tighten the nut to complete the installation.
