🚧 Enhancing Roadside Safety with Blazer International 7500 Triple Warning Triangle Review

We needed portable safety cones that didn't take up much space and were highly reflective; It's perfect. AT NIGHT they are much more efficient than cones and work much better than standard cones. Very thoughtful. They work during the day too, but they're only about 15 inches tall so they're not as visible, but still get the job done. Highly recommended.

A week after purchase I haven't had the good fortune to need them. Broke down on the interstate at night, they made me feel a hundred times safer than without them while changing a flat tire. They are hardy and very effective for visibility at night. I can't express how grateful I was to them.

The best thing about this set is the weighted triangles. The worst thing about this set is the box itself, it doesn't have a handle for transporting triangles, and the latches on the outside of the box don't hold the box in place. They don't snap. I have a useful hand and CANNOT MOVE TRIANGLES IF NECESSARY WITHOUT A HANDLE. There are holes in the top of the box, probably for a pen, but no handle.

This is a really cheap product. The box that came with it is unusable - one of the two tabs was already broken off when you received it. After taking the triangles out I couldn't put them back in the box - too tight and didn't want to squeeze them when the triangles broke - doesn't seem solid. Why include a box that cannot be used. Triangles will be rubbed by friction during transportation or putting into the box. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to stay with me or have trouble getting back…

I deduct two stars for two reasons. First, the case itself is flimsy and poorly designed. A case can only contain two triangles, not three. I don't know how the manufacturer squeezed three in, but they changed the shape of the case and the third doesn't fit properly. Second, the instructions are vague at best and the pictorial diagrams aren't specific enough. I had to use trial and error to figure out how to connect and disconnect them. I bought this one and kept one triangle for myself and gave the other two to my mother and brother. My brother is unlucky with flat tires. The nails appear to be attracted to its wheels. I gave him one of these because we live in an area that doesn't get as much light as other places. I showed him how to roll over, told him to take 30 steps from his chest and set him down. Works great! I used them once when I was helping someone whose car broke down on the Autobahn. They were easy to put in and obviously easy to figure out how to pack because someone else packed them for me after help arrived. The top corner is wrong, it broke the plastic so it won't snap into place. While this is user error, it also means you can only make mistakes once and that's enough. I had a set of these that I bought about 30 years ago. I only had to use it once when I was hit from behind on the freeway and I was waiting at the side of the road for the freeway police to show up. Excellent triangles. Super visible and reflective. The case isn't heavy enough for her in my opinion, the latches are flimsy. To stow them in the trunk, everything fits me so far. They are easy to use, set up and take down. The instructions are poor, they are cast on the inside of the case cover. I don't want to read them in the dark.
