Description of Pirelli Ice Zero 2 205/60 R16 96T winter

3292000Pirelli 205/60/16 T 96 W-Ice ZERO 2 XL W. PIRELLI ICE ZEROTM 2 is a revolutionary tire for 2019 in the studded winter tire market, designed specifically for premium and prestige passenger cars and SUVs. The product for the most extreme winter conditions guarantees the highest level of safety thanks to the patented double core stud technology that provides excellent grip and shorter braking distances on ice, in deep and packed snow, in slush conditions. Thanks to the reduced stud size, the new layout and the increase in the number of studs from 130 (previous generation) to 190, it was possible to maximize the effectiveness of each individual stud, significantly improve traction and braking performance and obtain optimal performance even in deep snow. Also, due to the new location of the studs, the noise level has been reduced to values close to the noise level of non-studded winter tires, which significantly increases driving comfort. The design of the stud hole in the tread plays a decisive role in the transfer of tire grip to the road. And the optimized stiffness of the rubber compound in the stud area enhances its attachment. The presence of "containers" for snow on both sides of each spike allows you to avoid the appearance of a thin crust of ice, and the spikes work as efficiently as possible.1. Container for ice crumb cleaning spike improves traction on ice.2. The zigzag block edges and instant grip edges shorten the braking distance on all types of winter roads3. V-shaped water evacuation accelerator provides excellent traction on wet pavement4. 3D sipe technology in the shoulder blocks improves performance and stability on dry and wet surfaces.5. Shoulder snow lugs improve traction in deep snow.6. Multi-directional tread channels provide balance and stability for traction and braking. Evolutionary patented stud technology • Reliable performance on ice is ensured by unique technology and asymmetric double stud geometry. stud loss. • The stud core is made of tungsten carbide, which has increased resistance to abrasion, keeping the stud performance as long as possible. • Lighter weight and stud size reduces noise, which greatly improves driving comfort. • Multi-directional trapezium of the stud body reduces stud mobility .features available In RUN FLATTM versions

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

R16. Skated 1 season winter 2022/2022. Not a single spike was lost. On my car (rapid 2022), the tires showed very good results in all controllability parameters (holding on the trajectory, cornering stability, aquaplaning, etc. ). In general, I am very satisfied with the rubber, I definitely recommend it for purchase !

Pros
  • Stability in ice / snow and in general on any road surface.
Cons
  • It seemed to be a bit noisy (but this is not even a drawback, but just a "small payback" for the quality and good stability and controllability in any weather during the winter period of operation)

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

Balanced, in my perspective, is not very good, with anywhere from 40 to 55 grams distributed over each wheel. Since it was the summer on these discs, there was between 5 and 15 grams. Let's wait until winter to find out how well the tires perform in the cold. Took up the role of the Kodiak.

Pros
  • Price quote provided in advance; service has not yet been rendered. In overall, satisfactory; the sidewall appeared to be ordinary; there was an adequate number of spikes.
Cons
  • Price, achieving a balance

The perfect product for any user!

Maintain a perfect arc while standing in a straight line. Exact handling in tight turns. Take corrective action promptly and precisely. They have excellent stopping power. They confidently venture out into the heavy snow (in unswept parking lots; I don't talk about "free-riding" on snow); a mixture of wet, dirty snow and reagents, 3–5 cm high in the same spot - strained. They can easily get out of the rut on dry pavement but have to work at it when it's wet. At speeds between 60 and 80…

Pros
  • Tires that excel in comfort and handling.
Cons
  • It's too hot to ride in the summer.

Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

I opted for 0-2 because it was my first exposure to 0s and I came away favorably, save for the unavoidable background noise. The background noise here is typical of spikes. The spike has been placed, and now we must observe its stability. a single season is a minimal measure. The car's power was reduced over the course of three seasons, but the first zero saw one spike fly out. If you add up the merits of Hakka 8, Kontik 2, and Zero 2, I think you'll agree that Zero is the better value.

Pros
  • 333 horsepower, auto-quattro, 2255018 inches. About 5,000 kilometers' worth of use throughout the first winter season. Siberia. Aggressive driving was commonplace on the city's principal thoroughfares and the intercity and suburban highways. Naturally, spikes were rolled for 800-900 kilometers on dry pavement at speeds of up to 190 kilometers per hour (I stopped speeding in the winter), and rolled snow also retains its form. No complaints about loudness here; zero 2 is comparable in quality to its predecessors, Hakka 8 and Kontik 2, at a more agreeable price. I'm quite envious that your spikes are ready for the season. The sidewall is elastic and soft enough to be comfortable for most people.
Cons
  • Currently unknown

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

A Skoda Kodiak vehicle has tires mounted on it. It was around the beginning of November that I first started using it. Tires have a low rolling resistance that contribute to the machine's stability. Before that, there were year-round residents of Yokohama who spent their summers there. In the four corners, the network was completely destroyed. When driving on the Pirelli ice zero2 track, the automobile will automatically spin into turns. There is some background noise, but not a lot. More like…

Pros
  • They do a good job of maintaining the road. Difficult to maneuver on snow and ice. Stability on asphalt when making turns. Movement with a gentle touch.
Cons
  • Due to the fact that these are thorns, there is some noise.

There are a few bugs, basically the norm.

It was a mistake to steal these tires and spikes. The friction one model has been in use for the past four years. After purchasing a new vehicle, I was offered a substantial discount on a set of Pirelli tires. When you turn the steering wheel on the pavement, for instance when parking, the spikes shoot out immediately. When you discover a few spikes adjacent to the wheels, you know it's junk. Extremely noisy, just like all studded tires (even the best ones). Maybe people would have a different…

Pros
  • Nothing
Cons
  • 1. Noisy Spikes launch 2. Object floats on asphalt 3.

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

I've started my seasons at ice zero the past two years. I was expecting another brand when I bought it, but the side demolition (on the rear-wheel drive, bmw e90) is tinny and loud. Extreme silence at ice level two! No more summertime rustling of spikes inside the cabin! Reviewers here convinced me to buy a fake product. I have no regrets in the slightest! In contrast to the original zero, this one flipped the stud blade. Which helps with active braking, prevents skidding (when used with a…

Pros
  • Amazingly silent! The slick, ice pavement is completely secure. I didn't spend much time behind the wheel, but it seemed to lack the predecessor's difficulty with side demolitions.
Cons
  • Not quite out in the open

I go for three months with drift while actively and swiftly. Size 245/50 r19 ranflat. The tacks are still in their original positions. Effective in snowy conditions. Even at high speeds, it is able to maintain the course perfectly whether changing lanes or across the snow piled parapet at the intersection of the lanes. No lateral drift. Unquestionably much quieter than any and all Nokians, which I had driven for the previous 10 years. There is not the slightest sign of wear.

Pros
  • One of the very few winter tires that can handle speeds of up to 210 kilometers per hour. This is true for me; there are periods when I travel quite a bit.

By the way, in comparison to the original generation tire, the Ice Zero 2 tire has an entirely new rubber compound that has a completely different composition. It has a unique adhesive added to it that improves its grip on both wet and dry surfaces, making it suitable for use in "warm winter" conditions. Everything has been verified, despite the unusually harsh weather during December. I have tested it out on the ice, and it grips the surface with a death grip when it does so. By the way, up…

Pros
  • During my testing in Hong Kong this December, which lasted for three weeks and took place during the "warm winter" season, I discovered the most important thing, which is that Ice Zero 2 actually does have a significantly lower noise level. She doesn't buzz! There are no superfluous noises. You might as well be walking on a stick. I tested the "talkativeness" of the surface both on dry pavement and on the surface with a mixture of dirt and snow porridge. Both gave the same results. Surprisingly, neither there nor there exhibits even the slightest trace of the typical rumble that spikes are known to produce. By the way, back when I first started playing, the spikes appeared to be created in lines, but now they're spread out across multiple lines. As a direct consequence of this, the sound resonance of the tires was eliminated, and their overall braking performance was improved. I checked it out on ice and snow reel, and there is essentially nothing that could be considered a problem.
Cons
  • Didn't even register on my radar.

Excellent tires. The silence was pleasing to me, especially when compared to the noise produced by other studded tires. It was also a happy moment when the strength of the spikes was checked. This was done during the previous winter, when there was not very much snow, and I had to drive quite a bit on bare asphalt. The rubber performed exceptionally well during that time period, when the winter weather was still quite reminiscent of winter. Both snow (including soggy porridge) and ice don't…

Pros
  • For having spikes, these tires are quite quiet. Extremely persistent. The prongs are held firmly in place.
Cons
  • The secret was not revealed during the first winter.

Excellent product, the best quality.

I have had no issues when driving this 225/45/R18 RunFlat rubber on my BMW coupe with rear-wheel drive. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and I am happy that I was able to save money and not spend for Kontik and Hakka. I drove on the previous generation of IceZero rubber for four seasons before upgrading to a new set, and I do not regret the decision. The Italians did a fantastic job of addressing the shortcomings, as evidenced by the car's positive attributes, which include the…

The rubber is absolutely worth the money, despite the obvious cost. I had to switch over in the middle of winter, so I went with Ice Zero because it was the most recent model. I did not lose because Ice Zero 2 behaves better in every way under the harsh city winter circumstances with utility personnel' considerably delayed response. I consume either solid ice off the road or ice porridge every day; they rake out flawlessly everywhere. I occasionally start riding like it's summer since they are…

Pros
  • great controllability and quiet
Cons
  • No

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

One of the best tires I've ever owned was the GOODYEAR UG ICE ARCTIC D-STUD , MICHELIN X-ICE NORTH-4 . Pirelli Ice Zero 2 is truly the best tire ever! How it rulitsya and controlled is just a fairy tale, and how it slows down is just a bomb! The fixation of the spike is impeccable! you have to move a lot on an icy surface, the car rides like on asphalt in the summer like a glove! At this price, you can take the Hakku 8, but the Pirelli Ice Zero 2 is just sweet! I RECOMMEND YOU WON'T REGRETT!

Pros
  • Impeccable braking and grip on ice, as well as handling. clear fixation of the spike. acoustic comfort. Price for such quality!
Cons
  • NO!
