When I first opened the box and took out the comforter, I was SO DISAPPOINTED. It was terribly wrinkled and super, super flat and thin. But I washed and dried it and it came out wrinkle free, fluffy and beautiful. It's not super heavy, but it's not super thin either. ideal environment. The marble pattern is beautiful and looks great even if the quilt is a bit wrinkled after washing. My only complaint is that the duvet has weird stitches (hard to describe) that look nice, but if the duvet doesn't dry perfectly it creates weird swirling effects. UPDATE: Incredibly disappointed. The seams on the duvet were torn leaving holes in the duvet. $80 down the drain and now I'm looking for a new blanket. I don't know if anyone else will come back to update the reviews but they should. It's so cheap and ruined now. I want to buy something else.
