I bought this item based on other 4 and 5 star reviews and wanted to use it as part of our daughter's Halloween costume. But unfortunately we have to send it back. The paintwork is badly worn and chipped as if it had been dropped and/or scratched several times. I would suggest that the paint is sealed before first use, but the lid unscrews and opens very easily. Inside the paint were what appeared to be tiny shavings of cardboard. And finally, I noticed an inconspicuous indentation in the middle of the paint. It looks like a fingerprint. Our daughter has very sensitive skin, so we don't risk
