I just plugged it into my USB port and it worked great from the start! However, this has a major problem that will annoy your viewers. This creates a mirror image of you and your surroundings. If you delay something you've written, your viewers will see everything in reverse order and won't be able to read it. This is quite annoying when used for business or telemedicine visits. It doesn't have the ability to mirror the image, and additional software that can fix this problem on other cameras won't work for them.
