Review on Cordless Variable Battery Drilling Accessories by Michael Finnegan

UPDATED REVIEW*** I never update reviews, but I do. After KIMO customer service I just had to find this great company. I originally received a defective drill with a defective battery. I was angry and sent it back. However, KIMO got back to me out of the blue and asked if they could fix it by sending me an updated version. Not only is this company an honest company, but they also take excellent care of their customers. I've never seen a company admit their mistake and make sure their customers are as happy as they are. I'm not saying they give you free stuff, but I'm blown away by how dedicated their customer support has been. I'm shocked. I have used Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee but the quality of the KIMO drill is as good as the best. Build quality is excellent (as seen in the photos), long battery life, amazing performance (amazing performance again). And most importantly, I now trust this brand to do things right when it's needed. They have won my loyalty and I would highly recommend this brand to others. I see how a company like this moves with the times. Just need some good branding/marketing!
