I'm 1.60 m tall, about 75 kg and have chosen a medium size. it fits (at least for my size). It retracts well into my stomach so the shape control is great (the main reason I got it). without much effort. After surviving that, everything went smoothly. I didn't expect it to be easy (my hips are 39 inches) but I didn't expect the elastic to not stretch at all. You will have a hard time getting these pants on and off if you have wide hips. While it doesn't move down or bunch up after wearing, it's very snug and doesn't stretch to accommodate wider hips. It will literally hurt to change and remove them. Overall, though, I recommend them.
