One size larger for overweight women and one size smaller for slim babies
The dresses are cute but I would suggest ordering one size up from your original adult size if you have big boobs and meaty arms...
The sleeves were so tight I couldn't take them off myself ๐คฃ๐. Also, my 5 year old toddler's dress was too big for her normal size so I would suggest going one size down for kids and my girl is slim, her dress draped.
