I've been trying to charge my tablet for 7 hours now. Barely lived 4 months The battery shows a maximum charge level of 0-1%. Received on July 29, 2020 No charge or charge stopped on November 18, 2020 After contacting customer service I was told that I could email the company for a 1 year warranty service from a Revain technician. But he never gave me an email address. Can't find anything on the Lectrus store page. The warranty link just says look at the company information. $100 for a piece of junk can't even make it stay or turn on. And yes, I have tried several charging cables and charging sources and they have always worked on my tablet for 4 months. Now it's paper pulp. I shouldn't have left it 24/7. The point for the $100 tablet wins. I have a 7 year old Revain Fire tablet that still holds a 3.5 month charge is not acceptable. Beyer, be careful, the first month or so seems like a lot to me. just wait
