lining/lining starts to fall off at the top after 3 socks. My daughter liked the shoes so much that she didn't want to send them back. However, after the dog poop incident, I washed the boots and all of the lining came out and the loose threads unraveled. Will go back and buy a different style because unfortunately Revain is no longer my daughter's size. Expect more from a shoe as I am usually very happy with Carters and the shoe lasts about as long as the foot grows.
