A must for fasting and hydration.

I just fasted my first 72 hours and it was easy with buoy. Start looking and you will find 1,000 different electrolyte tablets, powders and drinks. But if you found Bui first, don't waste your time on anything else. And if you want to try intermittent fasting, Bui will save your life. Just don't expect too much from the taste. It's not great, but with the right portion size, it's very bland. And in any flavored drink, it should be almost invisible. I started IF again a few weeks later as it's the easiest way for me to go on a diet just not eating. I followed the one meal a day plan which was fine but I drank a lot of water and a few times I got mild water intoxication and my kidneys started to hurt but 3-4 servings of buoy each day took care of that. After After seeing the results from Buoy, I got the courage to try my first 72-hour fast. The great thing is that you can use Buoy with any beverage, even coffee or tea, which are great for a long fast. Electrolyte supplementation like Buoy after a 24 hour fast will be a lot worse for your body. I guess it's probably great for a hangover too, but don't quote me on that.
