I have 6 of these and wanted to be able to hang some items in the shower and some small baby towels on the wall. Those for towels will never stay. That may be due to the very light texture on the wall, but I'm not counting on that. There are 2 in a 6 pack that even if I put them where I have others in the shower will never stay. The heaviest item I've hung from these 2 was a shower cap (dry) and after a few hours (not immediately) they fall off. The rest were left in the shower with hanging bath brushes and loofahs (heavier than a shower cap). So maybe the 2 are defective. I also don't care how they're made where the hook isn't flush with the rest. The hook actually sticks out a bit from the rest due to the shape of the plastic on the back of the hook/block.
