Ideal for feet
I love this gadget. I get knots in my legs above the knees and this helps get rid of them. It's easy to understand and rolls so easily. I actually get into the muscles a lot better than with my hands and it works a lot easier and better than with a ball. I like it more than the bar too. Hands don't hurt from rubbing anymore. It's not good for your legs.
