Just played my first round with it. I've owned several Garmin Golf GPS units - S6, S20 etc - and the displays on the newer ones are much better than the older ones. This is no exception. it's really nice to watch. In addition to golf features, it has many activity tracking features (but you don't have to use those features). But as a golf watch it is very good, very fast and very accurate. Battery life is about the same as the S6 - around 9.5 hours, up from 10 on the Golf - enough for two rounds a day. The display is indeed excellent. Worked great right out of the box after a full charge and had 50% charge left after a 4:45 lap.
