Just like the bed wedge the hospital used for a knee prosthesis
I got this wedge for my knee surgery. This helped reduce the swelling. Other bed wedges weren't long enough or at the wrong angle, but this one is exactly the same as my hospital's and comfortable. The cover is vinyl so it can be wiped clean with disinfectant but I prefer a light cotton fabric to cover it so it doesn't stick to my skin. The company is very good and stands behind their product.
