I told them I was having problems with the cable and they replied to me and told me to connect the cable to other people's phones in my house to see if it worked. And that it could also be my cell phone that isn't working properly. I was shocked. I bought the cable because of the warranty. I give them a 3 which is average. Cables go out after a while. But the fact that I was not honoring the warranty confused me and it was insulting for them to tell me to go around plugging other people's phones. Nobody in my house uses this cable except me. They all use a different type of cable but not this one. So I thanked the vendors and just now shared my thoughts on what happened with my interaction with them.
