Review on Sony PXW FS5 Output Upgrade License by Sam Anez

Just bought (February 2018, not at Amazon) FS5 and RAW update. Very disappointed that Sony has not responded to a request to extend the updates to those who recently purchased the PXW-FS5. Although I bought the RAW update, I would still appreciate getting the equivalent in the remaining updates as they are now included in the just announced 2018 Sony FS5 Mk2. The sad thing is that even though Sony's feedback page says "We'll get back to you soon", I haven't received a reply from the Sony team yet! Technically 5 stars. Sony CRM, zero stars! So!
