Like others, I had trouble figuring out how to use the "tools" provided to attach the adjusters to my mask's ear loops (it's like a two-step step process where you should first use the tool to thread the needle and then use the needle to get the mass regulators). I ended up using a paper clip instead which was pretty easy and once the adjustments were on my mask it fit a lot better! To use a paperclip, simply straighten it until the paperclip is U-shaped. Place the mask's earhook on the bottom of the U and thread the paperclip through the adjuster (thread the side with the big hole first). This stretches the elastic ear hook, allowing you to remove the paper clip. :)
