Beets or not beets, that is the question here

I'm quite an active person and between biking, hiking, weight training and trying to run at turtle speed, something in my body always hurts. I've tried a few other products with nitric oxide as a pre-workout and they don't work for me because they never sit well in my stomach or for some reason make my calves feel like they're going to cramp any second. I'm happy to report that none of these things happened on Beet Complete. I've been using it about 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and haven't had any issues so far. The powder smells really nice like cherries and the taste of beets isn't overwhelming or anything but I can still taste it. add a little beet to it. Not a problem for me as I have nothing against beets, but if you hate them I think you'll notice the flavor. I have taken it before and after training and I like it better after training. cool, stretch. I seem to feel a little less sore than usual the day after my workout, and since I'm on nothing but a multivitamin I'd say it could be Beet Complete. I have caffeine like most pre-workout supplements and they make me feel like I want to get out of my skin. This later gives a good energy effect without caffeine. The price is a little $$$ but if I continue to see less post-workout fatigue and less recovery time I will continue to use it as a workout supplement.
