Could it be that the negative reviews came before "extended version" was said? I have a Z Flip 3 and can only recommend it. I've received so many screen protectors for various phones over the years, both film and glass, and this is the only one I've applied to my screen without a single air bubble or smudge. I was shocked. This is due to the installation process, which is not difficult but different. It comes with installation instructions and has a video on this page. I got it on the first shot. This is a TPU film recommended for Z-Flip as it stretches with the crease. Note that this is foil, NOT glass. It offers the same protection as any other screen protector. In terms of fit, there is a 1/16 inch gap between the foil and the rim. Every other screen protector I've applied has had these. This is perfect for the Z Flip 3. I found the outer protectors didn't look as good as the inner protectors until day 2. There is a line in the middle of the outer protectors due to the installation, but this is not always noticeable. and it doesn't bother me. I would definitely recommend buying this for your inner screen and if you don't like the outer ones then buy another protector specifically for the outer. For $16 on Amazon and the fact that you get 3 total, it's definitely worth it!
