Just doesn't work well for me

I really wanted to like it. It just doesn't work. Changing the battery doesn't work. I've ordered this twice. I checked to see if I need to remove some of the plastic but based on the reviews I don't have to. How can I speak to support? I just have to send it back but this time I get my money back.

I like the quality, nice functional watch and the price was good. grandson liked it!

Cons

The clock may not be strong enough for active children and can easily break.
