The best part is that it's a platform that can be used for all the digital marketing activities which makes it easier for us to track and report on all the activities. The UI is not the best, it's a bit clunky and hard to use. Some of the functionalities are missing, for example, there is no integration with Salesforce, which is a major CRM for us. There is no way to track the activity of the website from the dashboard. It's a great platform, but I would not recommend it for a very large organization. We are using it for all our digital marketing activities, including AdWords, Google Analytics, and other marketing activities. We are able to track all the activities and report on them.
