Having an employee portal makes it easy to stay connected with your employees, especially if you're not in close proximity of them all day long! I love having access from home or while traveling. The cost can be prohibitive at first glance but when considering the value received versus paying out-of-pocket, its worth every penny. We are able to keep track of medical appointments, prescriptions, etc which allows us to better manage our team's healthcare needs. The customer service has been incredible. They were very responsive to any questions we had about the product, and they made it easy for us to implement our system in our organization. I would like to see some more features added--like the ability to manage claims from previous years. We are able to track member insurance, members' medical history, and even members' prescription drug use. This allows us to have a greater visibility into our members' health status.
