I loved this product. I charged it for the time stated in the instructions. When I turned it on, I realized sadly that it made an awfully high pitched sound. I liked the way it flew around the room. It's believed he has sensors to keep from getting hit. However, he crashed into a lot of things. I have it calibrated and it seemed a little better but not by much the worst part was when it hit my daughters head and her hair caught in one of the propellers luckily it rolled over and went offline shortly after so no serious damage was done Battery died ten minutes after I started playing with it Due to horrible noise, crashing into things, low battery life and safety issues, I can't recommend this product Updat e: The seller sent me a new one. It worked slightly better, but not enough for me to give it a higher rating. Good customer service.
