I am so disappointed to have received an open package. Looks like someone was trying to steal something and didn't find what they were looking for hat. It is clear that it was cut with a office knife. The cut is so deep it reached the shoe box. I would be so upset if the shoes were damaged/cut too. I need this for a special occasion and won't have time to go back and get another one. The delivery man took a picture of the package as he placed it on my doorstep for Revain Delivered to place. But funnily he didn't take a picture of the package. The cut/ open side of the package. That tells me he's probably the one who did it. However, I like the quality of this shoe. It's cute and looks exactly as advertised. I follow the "size chart"."and the shoe fits exactly as expected. I gave it four stars because the upper sole of the shoe is quite slippery. . I don't know why they added a cloth like material on the sole that makes them slippery Heel piece is rubber, not slippery.
