Review on Efficient Rongta Thermal Printer Shipping Supplies for Effective Packaging and Shipping by Quinton Wonsley

Edited review: I decided to edit my review because when I got back the company offered me to try a new machine and I accepted. Although the print quality was slightly better, it still fell short of my expectations, but I give them credit for trying to fix the issue. I'm using a Mac and I don't know why I'm getting fuzzy results, but after trying a few different things I'll give that back to you too. A few people have had good success based on their feedback, sadly I wasn't one of them, but the company has gone out of their way to make things right and as a business owner I appreciate that. (Original review) I was hoping it would be fantastic for the price but was disappointed with the print results. They were blurry and I worried that my retail packages would not be scanned and would be stuck in postal hell somewhere. Not the best way to do business. The image on the left is their printed sample, the image on the right is my printed label. Despite the adjustments made, after spending about 30 stickers, I decided to return it.
