Yes, installation can be a bit awkward as you have to slide the zipper under the back cushion before closing it. But it works. And it looks pretty good while it works. I have wings on the back of the chair base so these wings will stretch a bit, but that doesn't affect the functionality of this cover. It also doesn't move much once installed (I wiggle a bit while doing math or gaming and it doesn't stretch or move at all). The seat cover is also snug, the shape-retaining elasticity on the seat cushion is actually quite decent, making for a snug, wrinkle-free fit. The straps can be installed as needed by wrapping them around the underside of the armrests and sliding between the backrest and seat cushion.
