I made the purchase for a number of reasons. 1) I wanted something permanent for video calling. It's VERY strong! I love that it's not plastic. 2) I wanted something I could easily carry around in my bag for long days at the IV center so I could watch movies without holding my phone. That's great! I'll say it's heavy, but it's totally worth the little extra weight. 3) It can be adjusted up/down and the tilt is great. The extra little feet that hold the phone are stable so it doesn't slip off and I can plug in a charger if needed. 4) I have a large phone and wear a large case, but it still fits easily. It doesn't fall off if I accidentally hit the table like the plastic rings or those little rings you put on the back of your phone. I really can't say enough good things about this product. I randomly bought it and it paid off and it was just what I needed. I can leave it near my computer or on my desk, or toss it in my bag. I highly recommend this product.
