I really wanted to love this robot vacuum cleaner but unfortunately I didn't. Maybe I got a broken one, but it worked for about a minute, then it stopped and started squeaking. The number of beeps does not correspond to the error signals specified in the manual. I checked the brushes and trash can and it kept stopping. I tried it on our hardwood floor and it still stopped. I contacted Bagotte and they responded immediately asking for a video of the problem. I've sent a video and haven't received a reply from them yet. There's no point in having a robot vacuum if you have to watch it and restart it every time it stops. So I decided to order a new vacuum cleaner (different brand) and it's much better! It actually works as I expected. I also noticed when using the new vacuum that the bagotte didn't pick up a lot of dirt and our dog's hair, which is why we bought it. We are returning the bagotte and hope to continue using the other one we received.
