Review on TYC 800145C Replacement Cabin Filter by Jason Ingram

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent as advertised

It's good and easy to install. Installed in my Audi A4 B8 you don't need a screwdriver, just a small flashlight. Some guides from the Audi World forum help with this [.] Instructions: It's not difficult, but I thought I'd show you the steps to change the air in the cabin. Filters.1. The filter is located under the glove box. A little light will help you find what you are looking for.2. You need to loosen the three plastic screws. Once they come loose, remove the piece of plastic/styrofoam that was holding them. Feel free to pull it, it won't break.3. Once removed, you will find a hard plastic shell holding the filter in place. It has a piece you can hold on to. Slide to the right to remove.4. The filter is likely to partially fall out after the tray is removed. You have to do a few strokes to get it to the end. Remember which way the notch was when you pulled it out, as the new one should go in the same direction. 5. After removing, install a new filter and reverse the above steps. Done, money saved! Hope that helps.
