My 3 year old doesn't hold regular crayons or pencils "right". She uses digital pronation tracking. While this is part of an age-appropriate progression to proper pencil grip, I believe she should focus on playing and strengthening her body and arms rather than holding pencils. She loves to color so I had to compromise. I bought her these crayons and it's amazing how she holds the stones in a static tripod grip quite naturally even when drawing on a flat surface e.g. B. on a table. The color of the stones is smooth and beautiful. They are not suitable for very detailed coloring, as the "dots" are very blunt, but this makes them ideal for small children. Can't recommend them enough. The bag also has a good range of colors.
