Review on Melesh Elegant German Alpine Bavarian Oktoberfest Costume Hat by Jeffrey Johnston

I really wanted to love this but the hat I got looks nowhere near as nice as what’s pictured in the listing. Didn’t get full fluffy feathers, I got small flat ones that seemed a bit rough. They’re glued on in a sloppy way, could see the excess glue. The brim was a bit bent. I knew it was a bad sign when this shipped in just a bag with a flimsy plastic hat form inside it, rather than shipping in a protective box, but I wouldn’t say it was damaged in shipping, it’s just poorly made to begin with. I get it, it’s $15 and designed to be a costume hat, but I honestly thought from the description and positive reviews that it would be much better than it is. I’m sending it back and would rather put my money toward a better made authentic Bavarian hat at a higher price.
