Good not very good

Just arrived. After refusing to pay a ton of money for a smartwatch that counts my steps (really?!), charges my carrier, charges extra for music, etc., it finally dawned on me that all I need to do is find an MP3 watch with Bluetooth. It's basically what I wanted - something I can take to a run or to the gym and not worry about forgetting or lugging around. That's the way it is. Pros: The display is sharper than I expected. Touch is fairly accurate, especially given the small size. It's just the right size - not too big to look silly, not too small to be useful. My music purchases uploaded to Amazon quickly. It has enough power to drive my full-size Audio Technica headphones with ample volume. At full speed there was no distortion. Bluetooth was easy to pair with my training headphones. Intuitive.Cons: I just assumed it would show album covers like my iPhone. It is not. Didn't break the contract but kind of upset me. It doesn't let you scroll or speed up swiping - so if you have a hundred artists, guess what - you have to switch between hundreds of artists with a tiny touch button in the corner. Yes. The sound is decent through my earbuds but no improvement in the BT SQ over my old iPhone. Sad. After all, not even waterproof. How can I expect more for the price? But a few interface features, like a scroll wheel, a bit of waterproofing, and some album art, and I'd pay twice as much.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • So far so good
