Two weeks already. I feel more energetic and no longer need pre-workout supplements to prepare for the gym. I order my third bottle. I take 2 capsules a day with another set of supplements and I see muscle mass gains much faster than without this supplement. Of course, I'm sure the growth would be even faster with the "medical" version. but I refuse to go there. works great for me, wish there was more in the bottle as I use it faster.
