2020 Mylar balloons neck sealed can't inflate

Angry.neck is sealed, can't get any air in. Total waste of money. Not even sure how to contact company for product guarantee. Not only mad I got ripped off, but really upset I won't have this for my daughter's graduation tomorrow. I'd sure like to hear from the company.
