Review on FX AUDIO Bluetooth Amplifier Subwoofer Home Audio by David Blackstock

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Needed some tweaking but sounds great now.

I initially decided on this amp because the passive speakers I used with my gaming computer had very little bass and, being passive, very little volume. I wanted to go back to better sound and I still have good speakers from my old home theater system, but they need an amplifier. I received this little amp yesterday and there was no sign of damage to the packaging. However, when I tried to connect the speakers, the subwoofer's positive terminal was loose. I opened the case and found that the terminal had come loose from the solder joint. I connected the terminal, put everything back into the shell and it works fine. So far I only have one small complaint. I originally planned to connect via Bluetooth only, but every time you turn it on it defaults to the Aux 2 input. aux 2.

Pros
  • Multiple input options
Cons
  • I'll write again later
