Review on 🔋 CTEK Lithium US 12V Automatic LiFePO4 Battery Charger, Blue (Model 56-926) by Tony Korek

First of all the charger itself is excellent - 5 stars for sure. The problem is that I recently purchased and installed an anti-gravity lithium battery in my XSR900 and dutifully followed the manufacturer's recommendation by using this 12v CTEK Lithium US Charger (56-926) as well as a variety of accessories for what I need. I was hoping that this would not only allow me to charge the battery without removing it from the bike, but also connect to devices like my smartphone and maybe some heated devices for winter riding. For this purpose I bought both comfort indicators. A grommet (which I installed with the new battery) and a comfort indicator pigtail which I expected would be able to connect a standard short pigtail to USB converter (Battery Tender). Unfortunately, the CTEK pigtail connector has the same (2-pin socket) termination as the spade (ART 56-382). Therefore, with this accessory, it is not possible to connect my phone or any heated device, something motorcyclists have been doing regularly for decades. , loose) to a short USB connector (which allows you to easily connect heated appliances, phones, and other electronics, much like the Battery Tender does for this purpose (using a standard pigtail-to-USB connection), but there might still be time If CTEK comes back with a workable workaround (or plans to build a nice short USB conversion plug) I'll definitely re-rate this review to 5 stars as the charger itself seems top notch.
