My daughter is 6 years old, slim, long torso and this medium sized swimsuit fits her perfectly. She's a little loose around her shoulders, but she's not nude at all. It has no attached skirt. It is tagless which is good for kids who are sensitive about their clothes. My daughter loves wearing it and wears a skirt over it for modesty. This is a quality item and I recommend it.
