I love this portion control system. This really works for me! I started 1/2/2017 and lost 5.2 pounds by 1/17/2017 (no "cheating" at all by eating ALL portions and moderate exercise). I bought 2 sets but only needed one. I've found that I don't store food in containers as often as I use them to measure portions. I only keep groceries in it when I take it to work, and even then I measure the groceries and put them in a large container. They are ideal for preparing popular salads in jars. You don't have to guess how much to add to the salad. They look very tiny (especially squirrels), but you'd be surprised how much food is left over if you toss it on a plate (tip - use small plates to fool your brain). I plan to continue after 21 days but I'll add some wine here as that's the only thing I'm really missing :-)
