Don't hesitate - it's perfect (1 month)
Installation: plug and play. Although the brackets will not fit Honda Talon (4 seater) live valve engines. We had to do our own customization to fit it on the steering wheel. Sound Quality: Perfect so far. Doesn't crack and is very loud, the base sounds great. Headlights work great. Was a Christmas present and we installed it on a Honda Talon SxS. Didn't hear it while driving, took it off today so I'll check again later.
