$9 Flop Tablet Accessory

I really wanted this to be a $9 find and it was a $9 flop. After spending money on my iPad, I wanted to poke my nose at Apple and get myself an inexpensive leather case. Maybe this one is from Finty and his Prime too? Well, don't be fooled. It arrived in two days like Prime always does, but that's where the fun ends. When I open the box, I see "Made in China" in bold. The skin itself is of poor quality and rough. I could live with both of those shortcomings, except the negatives continued. I put my iPad in a case and it seems to fit. It's certainly not tight and moves a little in a tight sleeve. Also, the pre-made openings for the earbuds and Lightning power cord are common and almost match. The product says "sleep magnets" directly. Apparently the sleep closes the case and allows the device to stay on out of sight. Closed also has a general meaning. Magnets are weak at best. They're like the magnets you get from fridge mail order ads and don't hold the lid shut. In addition, the lid rose a little because a fold in the skin prevented her from lying down. This misses the protective purpose of the case for me. Maybe this was all just in my case, but the general issues underscore the absolute lack of QC in Fintie. That's enough for some people. Not at all for me. I understand that $9 is a steal, but you're kidding yourself and it's not worth the time or frustration. Save an extra $20 and get a much better case.
