I first tried this product as a sample in one of the Burt's Bees gift boxes about a month ago and loved it. It had a fluffy, creamy texture, a pleasant but not overpowering scent, and absorbed quickly into my skin. It kept my face perfectly hydrated in dry, cool weather. Based on this experience, I decided to purchase a full size product. What a big disappointment! On the first hit, the dispenser pump didn't work at all. The breakdown itself isn't of much importance - I just removed the donor assembly. On the next swipe, the lotion was thick, doughy, and didn't smell good—more like industrial grease. On the third swipe, the lotion felt as bad as the groin looked. It was fat. I couldn't resist and washed it off. It was a waste of money.
