Really uncomfortable due to poor design, otherwise it's a good concept
As other reviewers have pointed out, it's really uncomfortable on the back of the knee. I think this is because the edges of the belt are uncomfortable and end up chafing against the skin. Maybe you'll be lucky if you get a better device or have tougher skin :-)
