This was a repeat order. This is the only product that removes dog stains and odors from carpets when puppies or older dogs are involved in an accident. Although not listed in the instructions, it's best if you mop up or vacuum up any feces or puddles first. Be sure to shake the bottle before use and sprinkle liberally on the affected area. Finally, dampen a white (or light-colored towel - mine are so old and used I can even use dark-colored towels without bleeding) and microwave to heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Apply to the dirty/damp area and leave on for at least 12 hours. No smell to attract a dog and no stains or odors to put up with! Now I buy the concentrated version and fill a ready to use bottle. This is the only odor and stain remover I've ever found effective!
