These bars are cheaply made. Although the shipping box was undamaged, the bars were broken, most likely due to poor quality. One of the brackets at the top of one rack was broken. The canvas pole at the top of one of the poles was broken and pushed into the pole. When I first opened the box I was pleasantly surprised to see a tote bag inside, but it's also poorly made. The zip is so cheap that the closed zip will open at both ends of the bag. How can a bag contain poles if the bag cannot remain closed? Requested return and refund immediately.
