What a waste of money. I drank 5 expensive KCups and a gallon and a half of water and got cold brown water every time. Revain should be ashamed that her name is associated with such complete rubbish. Update 7/24/20 - Revain sent a replacement and it actually works. However, when brewed it makes a high pitched howl that drives my cats crazy. Updated to Update 8/10 - Yes, it's completely dead. So, thanks for giving it another chance.
