Based on all the "true fits" reviews I bought it as such but NOT AT ALL. Was a hassle buy back experience of getting the right sizes again and again. And it's based on 4 body types (average weight at 5'3" to 5'11"). The end result was still the same: to get a thermal underwear fit that shapes your body - reduce your "true size" by one size - they are very soft and stretchy, making for the perfect comfortable fit. If you want a very full bodice and a very roomy fit or waist to the nipples, choose your size. Additional Note: They are also measured for people with long arms and long legs (as you can see in the BIG & TALL shop) so you have an extra ankle and wrist sizing regardless. But it didn't bother any of us. And if you're even taller than 5ft 10in, you definitely aren't. I hope this saves you from the return/exchange syndrome!
