The support team is very responsive to our needs. They are always willing to help us out with anything we need. We have been able to automate many of our processes in order to make it easier for our employees to do their jobs. It has also helped improve our customer service by giving us more time to spend with them. I would like to see some more automation options available. There are times when I am trying to create an invoice or an expense report that I cannot find what I am looking for. This could be improved. I don't think there is anything that I dislike about this product. It has been a great addition to our business. Automating our accounting process has allowed us to focus on the customer service aspect of our business.
