I thought the reviews for this product were over the top but I just bought this because I need a massage oil. It was a surprise to me how good it was. I bathe without drying, apply oils, and don't need a moisturizer to get me through the day. It takes time, so it's probably not very practical for everyday use, but once a week is a must. This will leave your skin soft and hydrated. As you age, you can probably consume as much fluid as possible. It wasn't until I started developing loose skin in not-so-cool areas that I realized the importance of hydrating my whole body, yes my whole body. it's great for this purpose.
